AU 6.2.0.289:Restore Point Creation generated Event ID 8194 VSS error

This applies to Windows 10 x64 Insider Build 14393 and AU v6.2.0.289
When the registry cleaner attempts to create a System Restore point, it causes a Event ID 8194 error to occur. See attached pics
