Microsoft Security Essentials

Hello again, all my ACE-liens.
I am running Win 7 PRO, (free) Microsoft Security Essentials, and the latest ver. of Ace Utils. So, I have noticed that whenever I run my Ace Utils scan, it wipes out some Win Sec. Ess. file, causing me to have to immediately run a new Win Security scan. and, Since I always like to run a 'full' scan, this is REALLY taking up a lot of my computer time. Is there a check-box that I am missing, that can 'protect' my Microsoft Security Essentials files from being 'ACE-d Out' of existence every few days ? As Always - Love Your Stuff. ricky
