Circumvent the Security of this Program

I'm hoping someone can answer this question as to why I'm getting this error message upon launching Ace Utitlies that says that I've tampered with my clock to circumvent the security of this program. What in world is that all about? My computer clock is showing the proper date and time. I've never seen this before. Does anyone out there have a solution? Thanks.

This message may pop-up if you change the Windows clock (date/time) after installing Ace Utilities. Please send an email to Acelogix Support (support @ acelogix.com) regarding this issue and they'll e-mail you the 'clock-fix' key.
