Cheers!
I have Windows XP SP3 x86
Run windows defrag every month, everything worked perfect.
Before windows defrag i run your registry compactor, then windows defrag and problem
down appeared.
Is it possible that registry compactor has some issues, that is causing problem down there?
My page file is turn off, i try do defrag into safe mode, run check disc, etc
and the problem persist.
Can you help me!
Cheers!

Registry Compactor Issue?
Re: Registry Compactor Issue?
I didn't quite understand what the problem is :-\
Some times you may not be able to defragment the files which are in use. For that, you may have to perform a 'boot-time defragmentation' or choose a similar option in the software that you use.
Registry Compactor should not create any issues for the defragment process. Just make sure that you are using the latest version of the program and that it supports the Windows version you are using. After running Registry Compactor, you MUST always restart Windows before running any application.

Re: Registry Compactor Issue?
Hey!
Boot defragmentation doesnt help, safe mode,etc..., thats maybe helps when page file is enabled, what is not case here.
I found out that this is very common problem with integrated defragment tool in all windows.
It is because large deleted files, who are not actually deleted by windows and you can restore that files, and those files
for some reason could not be defragmented ,windows defragment for example cant defrag this files,an automaticly you get error this files could not be defragmented...etc,and your for example c is not defragmented at all.
Sorry everything is ok with registry compactor,i solve my problem with your wipe free space tool.
