If the user is not logged in, the scheduled task may fail.

* Go to Start Menu -> Task Scheduler ( Or, Control Panel -> Administrative Tools -> Task Scheduler)
* In the 'Task Scheduler' window, select Task Scheduler Library.
* In the 'Task Scheduler Library' section, you should see a task named Ace Optimizer Maintenance if you have set any scheduled action from Ace Utilities. Right-click that task and choose Properties.
* In the 'Properties' box, you'll be in the General section. Enable the following options and click 'Ok'.
1) Configure for: Windows Vista or Windows Server 2008
2) Run whether the user is logged on or not, and Do not store password

Restart Windows.

There are no special dependencies for Ace Utilities to run.

Side-effect: After applying the above settings, the Ace Utilities 'Scheduled System Maintenance' section may not show the schedule you have set before, but it is there.
