i just tested it and you are right. it stopped responding. i also noticed that when trying to clean the misc items it hangs a little too.
Re: AU x64 Doesn't Work for Firefox 3
hi elena28
It is about AU not showing cookies in XP32.
We can easily fix the issue of freezing while FF is open. We are just trying to identify the issue of Babar.
The misc section cleaning actually scans some folders on the C drive, that's why it seems not responding.

To elana28, mr.brownstone and Babar,
You guys have hijacked my thread making if very confusing for the good people at Ace. This thread has multiple users with multiple problems on different OS's.
If I were the admin, I would delete this thread and everybody open their own thread. That way they can keep track of who needs what and what os.

Re: AU x64 Doesn't Work for Firefox 3
A minor update for Ace Utilities which resolves the recent issues including support for Firefox 3 has been released. This updates may not be visible via the 'Check for Updates' option from Ace Utilities. So all users are requested to download the update from the website 'download' page.

Re: AU x64 Doesn't Work for Firefox 3
Thanks for all your hard work, everything is working good except one last minor issue.
From the command line (or the history cleaner), with Firefox 3 open, it will delete cache but not cookies. CCleaner will delete cookies but not cache so I should be possible for AU to delete cookies and cache.
Also, if you go to the cookie manager with FF open and "Delete Unchecked Cookies Now!" it removes the cookies.
Any possiblity of getting AU to delete both cookies and cache with FF open?
Being a website developer this would be very helpful.
Thanks.
J

Re: AU x64 Doesn't Work for Firefox 3
We will check if we can do it and possibly do it in the next minor update.
