What if I installed AU 32bit would that work?

i tried aufull just to check, but it doesnt work either. none of them work on firefox 3.

I just found that out too.

I have a Vista machine too, wonder it it works on Vista, hmmm... I think I'll install the AU trial on it.

I can't get even get AU to see cookies in FF v2.

Replace au.exe and au32.exe in the Ace installation folder with the files inside the zip.

Check if it works OK.

If it does not, send me the au32.exe.log file in the installation folder.

If FF2 is installed on the same machine as FF3, AU will not show FF2 cookies. We can change it if you want after fixing the above issue.

hari, i tested it just for curiosity and it works! it shows cookies and all now on vista 64 bit.

i am using the latest version of firefox.

The error has been identified. The Ace Utilities installer was missing a particular file which caused this issue. It's been fixed and the new setup file will be uploaded as soon as possible.

I just downloaded au64.exe from your download page. It's the exact same number of bytes and the exact same version (4.2.0.456) is this correct? I would think the file size would change.
