Well as the topic says, for some odd reason I can't add registries into the ignore list except through the manual method in the options menu when using System TuneUp (and manually doing it is rather mind-boggling for a registry novice like me). Apparently after running a scan I right click a product and to my surprise the option "Exclude always (add to ignore list)" is greyed out and unselectable for most products (things labelled as "Application Path Errors" and "File Extension Errors" for this particular scan) I'm a little stumped on how to enable this since it only appears to work for the product "Errors in Local Hive"--can anyone offer some sort of tip? I'm a little frustrated with this since other registry cleaners I've tried have all offered me the option to ignore anything and not only specific little things.
Also, for some more information: I'm running Windows Vista Home Premium (32 bit, full updated) and have tried going through the options menus extensively but found nothing so far.
Can't Add Registries to the Ignore List in System TuneUp
Re: Can't Add Registries to the Ignore List in System TuneUp
Here's an odd update on the situation: some of the entries I couldn't ignore previously are now able to be ignored! However there still are a few that I cannot add to the ignore list, which fall under the category of file extensions.

We'll look into it. I hope you are using the latest version of the program.

Thanks for the reply, and just to respond to your last question, I am using the latest version (checked for updates and there weren't any--current version I have is 2.1.1.423).
