Icon-moving annoyance in AU 3.0

Since the upgrade to Version 3.0 of AU, I notice the 'One Button Wizard' automatically moves all desktop icons to the left of the screen.

It's an annoyance - takes only a minute to manually restore icons to my preferred locations, but that annoyance wasn't present in the earlier AU versions.

I tried un-checking 'Delete Invalid Icons', but it still happens when I run the Wizard.

Otherwise - still the best general utility on my system.

Any fix for this?

It is most probably happening in the 'Erase history/Internet cache' phase of the Wizard cleaner. Try this:

Start Ace Utilities
Click 'Erase your History' tool
Select the 'Windows' entry
On the right side, uncheck the entry named 'Erase folder streams in the Windows Registry'
Click 'Close'.

Try running the Wizard again.
