au closes once click on reg or file clean even auto startmag

hello i have ace but i can not run the app in side the program every time i do it closes i can go in to the add and remove but i can not do anything else is there a reg key that i need to change in my regestry i am running windws 2003 sp1 i had it working before but i dont know what happen i reinstalled my os now evey thing is all messed up please if you can send me to a link or give me a fix that would be great thank you

If you are a "Registered" user of the program then just re-install it and put in your license key and you will be OK.

Also, are you seeing any error messages ?
