I'm trying to delete items from the startup manager and it's telling me I can't since I'm not an advanced user. How do you change it to advance mode.

Easy, Open Ace Utilities click on Menu>Settings>Comfiguration Wizard>Click next and put a check mark in "Turn on Expert Mode"!
