What is different in the new release?
P.S. It took me about a dozen tries to pass the typing/vision test to register. You might ease up a bit. You can't very well make the test case-sensitive when the letters are all different sizes.

You could follow the link on the first post and easily find out what's different in this release. :-\
The captcha is already at an easier level than it should be. Anyway, we'll check and set it to a more suitable level.

That is quite an impressive list! I don't know how I missed the URL. You might consider putting the url in the About, on on an optional final page of the install as is conventional.

'All users of this computer' under 'Erase History:IE Users' still don't work in the newest version 5.2. I have tried this on Windows Vista 32-bit and Windows 7 32-bit with 3 user accounts all with Administrator rights.
I am reporting this issue since version 5.0. If you can not fix it then just remove 'All users of this computer' option.
I had deleted an .iso file (size 2GB Approx) and sent it to Recycle Bin. I tried wiping the Recycle Bin, your program started and finished normally and recycle bin was wiped in less than 10 seconds. I used a program to see if the .iso file was wiped but its not. So I guess your program does not support wiping of compressed, .exe and .iso files?
By the way I have repeated this process few times and same results.

There might be an issue with deleting cookies across multiple users. Browsing history and cache are being deleted. Would you agree?
Regarding the 'recycle bin wipe': Please make sure that the file you sent to the recycle bin actually went to the recycle bin. Usually 10% of a particular partition size is allocated for recycle bin and files larger than that are permanently deleted by Windows without directing it to the bin. For ex: for a 20GB partition, the recycle bin can hold upto 2GB. So if the file was not sent to recycle bin, then wiping the bin won't make that file irrecovarable. You need to perform 'free space wipe' to accomplish it.

Your program not deleting/wiping Browsing history and Cache also.
I was able to see .iso file in Recycle Bin. The Size of Recycle Bin on my system is 7 GB. I have another Internet eraser program on my computer. When I use that to wipe the same .iso file it works fine.
Suggestion
Please provide shortcuts in: C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Ace Utilities\Utilities for all the utilities that are available in Ace Utilities.
You have most of them already available but not all. For example the shortcut for Registry Compactor is not available there.

saad,
Do you have 3 user accounts in the same OS, or in multiple (dual boot) OSs ?
If it is in the same OS, please let me know the cache locations for the three accounts.
Is it like
C:\Users\<user1>\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\Temporary Internet Files
C:\Users\<user2>\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\Temporary Internet Files
Can you navigate to the other user accounts with explorer and delete any cache file/cookie manually ?
Regarding bin wipe, do you have any other system tools installed which integrates with Recycle Bin ?

The all 3 user accounts are in same OS.
Cache locations for all 3 user account;
C:\Users\* MALIK\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\Temporary Internet Files
C:\Users\* MALIK\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\Temporary Internet Files
C:\Users\* MALIK\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\Temporary Internet Files
I can navigate to all the user accounts and delete Cache and Cookies manually.
I do not have any other program integrated into Recycle Bin. Just your program is in Context menu.
