My name is Svetlana, I present Softline company(www.softlinegroup.com, www.softline.ru). We have a new customer who is interested in Ace Utilities, 5 units.

Would you please provide me with terms of purchase and delivery? Is that software available via download or on CD? If both, please confirm. For all international shipments we use our transit stock in Germany, where we consolidate our orders and our transport company deliver them to Russia being responsible also for customs clearance. Therefore I would need to know the cost of physical delivery from your location to Germany, Hamburg, zip code is 21035 via courier(UPS, TNT, DHL).

Do you accept bank wire transfer or credit card? What is the term of payment: payment in advance or 30 days net? What is the purchase price? Do you offer any reseller discount? What is your suggested retail price? If you are experecting price increase, please indicate it. Please confirm untill what date your quote is valid. Otherwise we specify it is valid for 30 days by default.

* Ace Utilities can be easily downloaded from our 'download' page or from various third-party websites like 'download.cnet.com'. To make sure that you're getting the latest version, we recommend downloading for our website.

* Ace Utilities can be used for 30 days without any license key. During this trial period, there is no feature limitation. After 30 days, the program will indicate the user to purchase the license, if interested, and will only work after entering a valid license.

* The pricing for one user license is $29.95 USD. For multiple license, there is difference in the unit price. In the case of 5 licenses, each license would only cost $21.00 USD.

For example: For 5 licenses, the total will be $105 USD instead of $149.73 USD.

At present, we don't provide any reseller options. But, you can always send an e-mail to our 'Support' section. They can provide special offers, if possible.

* Ace Utilities has two versions: 32-bit and 64-bit. When you proceed with the order, be sure to select the appropriate order link. A valid 32-bit license owner can get a 64-bit license at 50% off. Upon contacting us at our 'Support' email, we'll provide a separate discount order link for Ace Utilities 64-bit.

* To obtain the license, the user can follow the 'order' link for Ace Utilities from the 'order' page. In the order page, select the 'quantity' required and proceed as instructed. After the user successfully commits the transcation, he/she will receieve the licenses via email within a short period. If it takes more than one business day, please contact us at the e-mail address given below.

Well.. I've got the answer to my mail, but the conditions of purchase for resellers are not clear enough.

Sorry for the delay in replying. We were doing some internal upgrade on forum software.

* The Support staff can give you a special 'reseller order link' using which you can order the required quantity at a discount rate. You can then pass along the license information to your customer(s) at the normal retail price or a price of your choice. This is the easiest method to do in this case. If interested, please let me know and I'll instruct the Support section to send you the order link.

* Using coupon code is a little complicated process and I recommend the 'reseller order link' option mentioned above.

* The reseller link can give you a good discount and so it's not feasible to provide further offers for 'non-profit organizations'.
