With Ace Utilities v4.2 and System TuneUp v2.2, yes.

I meant the immediate release versions of any of the programs won't have any changes in GUI. The changes are all internal, including resolving notified bugs.

I would like to suggest however that you make this wonderful product (Ace Utilities) look more like the Windows Vista interface. This would, in my opinion, increase my satisfaction with using it.

What I mean is more of a "cosmetic" improvement, mostly the entry screen. What I notice in the present AU entry screen is flatness and soft contrast of the surrounding frame colors. It's not easy to define personal preferences, but it could look more like Vista's Control Panel Home, Windows Media Player, and other Vista included software, with stronger color/contrast and more 3-D appearance of the surrounding frame. I hope this helps, and is not criticism of the program itself - I love it and decided to buy it after many months trying all your competitors.
