More thorough Registry scanning?

First, let me start of by saying that I've been an Ace Utilities user for years and I am very happy with it.
But being an anal-retentive type, occasionally I'll try other registry cleaners to see if they find more invalid entries. I'll run them after doing a thorough registry clean with Ace Utilities, and see how many other issues they catch.
I just tried Uniblue's RegistryBooster and it found 104 more problems, 94 of which are categorized as "ActiveX, OLE, COM Sections". Just wondered if they're finding things that are dubious value deleting, or if Ace Utilities' registry cleaning has some room for improvement?
I'm running Windows XP Pro SP2.
Thanks and keep up the good work!
