Some minor problems with latest AU beta (19 Mar 05)..
1. Erasing history, stops explorer.exe task. You know taskbar dissappears until task is restarted automatically by Windows. That's may be by design though.
2. "Empty recycle bin" confirmation dialog opens a new task in Windows XP taskbar.
3. "Uninstall manager" window is restored to its default size/pos after an uninstall.
Regards

Well, it cannot be labelled as a bug, but more like a sideeffect. This happens if you have selected the option "Clear past icon history of system tray" in the 'Windows' page of 'Erase History' tool. Executing this causes the explorer process to restart.

This is dependent on your Windows recycle bin setting. By default, when you delete files from Recycle bin, it asks for confirmation. Same goes with AU.

I failed to see any such problem when I tried to uninstall.

I understand that, no problem.
According #2 report...
I meant that confirmation dialog appear as a separate task in Win task bar. Normally messages share the same win/task handle with main app. Previous AU builds didn't have this (minor) issue.

Maximize AU "Uninstall manager" window.
Try to uninstall any app.
It always happens here, "Uninstall manager" window restore its size after an uninstall action. It's an old issue, I've reported that months ago.

It seems I misread the 2nd point from your first post.
About the Uninstall window pos/size, yes I saw the issue now. This happens only when the window is maximised.
Acelogix team will address both these issues soon. Thanks.
