WOULD YOU PLEASE EXPLAIN THE USE OF "WILD CARD CHARACTERS" WHEN SETTING UP SEARCH CRITERIA IN THE "JUNK FILE REMOVER" "INI" FILE PLEASE? I THINK THAT IS THE REASON MY ENTRIES ARE BEING IGNORED.
THANKS

Hi,
The ini files in the folder
C:\Program Files\Ace Utilities\Data\Ignore_Junk
are ignore-list files used to ignore certain file types.
For example, if you create an 'emilemma.ini' file in this folder with the contents
*.ggg
aaa.*
the junk cleaner *will not* find any files with file extension 'ggg' or filenames that start with 'aaa'.
for example, the following files will not be found:
xxx.ggg
xyy.ggg
aaammmm.txt
aaattt.xxx
If you are having any problems , please explain it here. What are the files you want to ignore ?
