New Update of Ace Utilities about to be Released?

Post by siliconman01 » Mon Nov 16, 2009 9:39 am

Is there a new version release of Ace Utilites about to be made available? I'm a bit confused as to whether the download page for Ace Utilities contains all the latest fixes or if it is still necessary to run Aufull to obtain the latest fixes?

At present, 'aufull.exe' (sept. 26) is the latest version. Even though 'au.exe' (32-bit installer) and 'au64.exe' (64-bit installer) show the same version number, they are one build behind 'aufull.exe'. The difference between the builds is a few resolved issues like 'CPU utilization' fix and 'auto-start manager refresh' issue. Since 'aufull.exe' was the most used installer, it was updated quickly at that time. The separate installers will be updated soon. :-\ The next update will make sure that all installer packages are of the same build.
