Hari,
I've noticed some minor omissions in new AU installer...
1. You're using an uninstall icon for the installer itself.
2. During installation, installer should erase unins000.exe and unins000.dat leftovers from previous install. These two innosetup files are useless now.

I can confirm what Inray said. Another thing is that you might want to remove all previous installations altogether so that you can have the new setup system working fully.
