My other problems remain unresolved:
1) Multiple passes required on Junk file removing.
If some file is locked by another running program, Ace will not be able to complete the delete operation. This is because Ace uses the Windows' function to delete all the files in one batch, and windows will abort the operation if it cannot delete any file. Close all other running applications. Unchecking the file that is in use will also help.
2) Preferences do not export.
Download
http://www.acelogix.com/downloads/au.exe
3) Secure erase not appear on context menu.
Strange. Go to c:\program files\ace utilities and see if the file
wipext.dll exists there.

Easy enough. Thanks.
Preferences work now. Thanks.

That file exists in folder. But still nothing appears on context menu. I have just installed AU on my other computer (laptop), and it too does not have context menu item appearing.

Have you tried uninstalling and re-installing?

Listen to this. I have been using AU for about an hour, cleaning up StartupMgr items and doing repeated reboots to test such disabled items. Without explaination, "Secure Erase" appeared on the context menu. Although this came about, I had not done any modifications to AU, such as Option settings or uninstall/reinstall.
On my second computer, I have just uninstall/reinstall AU, but still no appearance of "Secure Erase".
In a sense the problem has alleviated itself, as it now appears on my main computer. The second computer I don't really use (old backup cpu only), and I never intended to run AU on it anyway. Even though it doesn't work there, that is of no consequence to me. Nonetheless, it is a odd behaviour.

I must admit, it is very strange indeed, but none the less I'm certainly delighted to hear that "Secure Erase" has appeared on you context menu on you main PC!

Fron the command console if youre familiar with it
CHKDSK[DRIVE:] /R...
Or from Windows with a re-start..Check disk for errors check all boxes..
