for some unknown reason, i cannot exec the aceutil pgm.... dialog box says i may not have appropriate permission... tried running as 'administrator' but got same result... i have used this pgm for years????? also receive same msg when trying to unistall.... thot i would uninstall and re-insatll, but...

i am trying to exclude the file "C:\users\xxxx\appdata\local\temp\xxx.xxx" from the junk removal function, but the entry is being completely ignored when running ace... i also tried to remove entire folder (C:\users\xxxx\appdata\local\temp) but that does not work either... am i doing something wrong...

when using the command line to delete junk files (/tasks:j), history (/tasks:h) and etc., is there some way to stop the sys tray
notification msg from displaying???

sorry to keep bugging you with this, but all i get is a timeout... saying website 69.65.108.3 has timed out.. i do not have ANY problems accessing ANY other web site... i have tried both firefox and IE 8, but to no avail... i have tried at many different times of day... is there some other way you c...

whenever i try to download ace utilities from the website the system hangs and hangs and hangs forever... also my firewall says the site is dangerous... i have win 7 pro, 4gb mem, fast cpu, direct cable connection, and system is updated... is there anything i can do to get this download?? thanks p.s...

whenever i use the 'check for update' facility in ace utilities, i receive dialog box saying 'please close this application to install the update'. i close the application and then nothing happens.. am i doing something wrong?
please advise..
current version i have is 5.2.0 64bit
