Re: HD usage report
Aneesh, that was it!!! I reduced HD space used for restore points to 1%, and the system erased some of the saved restore points. Now properties show what I expect it to show, that is, the sum total of my files/documents/software plus 1% reserved for restore points. The article you recommended is ver...

HD usage report
I'm having a weird thing happening when I check one of my hard drives' usage either by using Ace Utilities Disk Analysis or Windows Explorer. Here is the problem: if I add all directory/file sizes in the drive as reported by Disk Analysis or Windows Explorer I get a total of about 47 GB usage. Disk ...

Do you mean a disk defrag utility or a registry defrag utility?Only thing I miss is a defragment utility. Do you have any plans for future releases?

Re: aufull
I did not send you a note via support page before, but it seems someone else felt the same way! Anyhow, it's just a tiny detail and shows we care about your product.

aufull
Hi Aneesh, please don't get me wrong, I love your program. One little thing I'd like to suggest: the name aufull.exe reminds me of the word awful. So I suggest you change it. It's not really important, just a tiny detail, but details also count, right? I wish you and your team a wonderfull 2010.

Re: Cookie Manager problem with IE7/XP Pro SP3, AU V5.1.0-32bit
I think I figured out a fix on the user end. What I did was reinstall AU v5.0. The I unchecked all the cookies in the cookie list and let the Cookie Manager delete all my cookies. Then I installed V5.1 and surfed a few websites. Then I went to Cookie Manager and checked off the cookies I wanted to ...

Forum direct link
Hi Aneesh,
It would be nice to have a direct link to this forum as an item on the "Menu" of AU 5.
By the way, AU interface is much nicer now.
Regards,
Jose

Re: Graphic appearance the same?
What I mean is more of a "cosmetic" improvement, mostly the entry screen. What I notice in the present AU entry screen is flatness and soft contrast of the surrounding frame colors. It's not easy to define personal preferences, but it could look more like Vista's Control Panel Home, Windows Media Pl...

Re: Graphic appearance the same?
OK, thank you.
I would like to suggest however that you make this wonderful product (Ace Utilities) look more like the Windows Vista interface. This would, in my opinion, increase my satisfaction with using it.
