Here's an odd update on the situation: some of the entries I couldn't ignore previously are now able to be ignored! However there still are a few that I cannot add to the ignore list, which fall under the category of file extensions.

Just an update to the situation, avast! just updated its signatures today and it looks like the false positive for this program have been resolved after a few reports of it . However, the status of the other scanners may still need to be looked into.
