Aside from the inconvenience of reloading my license key it seems to have taken and is working.
Thank you

Re: Ace Utilities no longer loads.
I'm experiencing the same problem as posted here. Unfortunately my reloading didn't yield the same positive results!

Re: Latest Version???
Ace 1.JPG Ace 2.JPG Turns out I had the latest version after all, it is your misleadng labeling that made me think otherwise. Note in attached pic 1 in the lower left hand corner '5.9.0' as well as in the 'latest version' window? Would this not indicate that it is NOT the latest version when in fac...

Latest Version???
In an earlier topic listing you referred to your latest version: Hari: BTW, are you still using 5.9 beta? We released 5.9.275 a week ago. That was months ago! So why is my version 5.9? Why doesn't it update to 'the latest version' if in fact there IS a later version? Why to is it taking forever to r...

Re: *******COOKIE ISSUES...REVISITED. 5.9 BETA
Did the download, still says 5.9.0.
No difference in performance.
Not that it should matter but I'm using XP.

Re: *******COOKIE ISSUES...REVISITED. 5.9 BETA
Hari: BTW, are you still using 5.9 beta? We released 5.9.275 a week ago. When doing a 'check for updates' it says I have the latest version 5.9.0. So that is the version I'm running apparently. I'm unable to attach your requested file here because when I attempt to upload it I get: The extension re...

Re: *******COOKIE ISSUES...REVISITED. 5.9 BETA
I am using the latest version as I check for updates frequently. In this day and age if folks dont use a program like RoboForm to easily remember and insert your passwords then it is THEY who are the minority and should be inconvenienced and NOT the masses. FYI- browsers are irrelevant since I use y...

Re: *******COOKIE ISSUES...REVISITED. 5.9 BETA
I use Chrome (mostly) or Firefox. I still don't understand why 'the NAMES' of cookies are being saved if not the cookies themselves. Why are we letting the software decide what cookies to save or delete? If I want to delete them all I should be able to...simply! Simply, meaning a one button push and...

*******COOKIE ISSUES...REVISITED. 5.9 BETA
I've attached 3 pics as follows: Pic 1: Since there is no REMOVE ALL COOKIES button, I highlighted ALL the cookies I want removed (which is ALL of them). I click REMOVE and column 2 is cleared and boxes in left column are unchecked...or are they!????? Pic 2: I click on 'Delete Unchecked Cookies'.......

****DEFRAG DOUBTER****
This has always troubled me about your program. How is it that YOUR program can (supposedly) defrag and compact the computer's registry in a matter of a few moments but it takes Windows defragger quite a while to finish that same process. Windows will at least show you what is happening WHILE it's ...

Re: Cookies
It's way more than that! I go to 'Cookie Manager', I'm forced to highlight ALLLLLL the cookies in the right column, then click on Remove. It (supposedly) deletes the cookies in the right hand column and UNchecks but NOT remove the cookies in the LEFT column! I then proceed to 'Delete Unchecked Cooki...

Re: Cookies
So it is Acelogix contention that Google can have a stronghold on your software allowing it to NOT be un-checked? Yes I can remove it from the right side coloumn but that's irrelevant as to why I can't un-check it from the left hand side.

Cookies
Using Windows XP, just re-subscribed to Acelogix 5.8.0. Issue being Cookie removal. Too convoluted. I like the old way of just 'Remove Unchecked' cookies. Now I have to go through the listing and manually uncheck each one I WANT to have removed!? Also, '.google' and it's sub -cookies wont UN-check....
