Re: Ace Utilities v5.2 RC1
Just asking cuz in Ccleaner there is an option to keep pinned jumplist entries. Would be nice to have it all in AU so I can ditch Ccleaner alltogether:)Aneesh wrote:Hmm, well that's the intended behaviour of "Remove all startmenu click history". :-\ Let's see what we can do.

I just noticed that even the pinned items in jumplist gets deleted.mr.brownstone wrote:Now all look good in Win7 64-bit
I still suggest to have the jumplist cleaning in Win7 an own checkbox.

Re: System TuneUp v3.0 Beta
I am on holiday,so I am not around my pc, but it is the most used apps history on the left side in startmenu that doesent get cleaned.
The jumplists cleaning(right-click windows explorer taskbar icon) does work as far as I can tell. And as I said, the jumplist cleaning should have it's own checkbox.

Re: System TuneUp v3.0 Beta
Thanks for updating STU
On my Windows 7 64-bit the jumplist cleaning now works, but the clear most used apps in startmenu doesent.
The rest works as far as I can tell.
p.s. BTW, the jumplist cleaning should have it's own tick-box for those who dont want them cleaned.

Still the history cleaning of recent programs used in the startmenu does not work in win7 64 bit.
Other than that, a solid release.
Good to see the reg compactor being integrated.

Re: Ace Utilities Problem
Well, first off you can try 2 things: disable antivirus and try to start AU, or re-install AU again and see if that helps:)
Let us know how that work.

STU and IE8 Beta 2
Quick question: I am very tempted to install the new IE 8 beta 2, but I wanted to know first if STU supports it?
BTW, I am on Vista 64-bit.
