I was wondering if there was a way in the startup manager to control which programs load first? Agreed ! We will add it in the upcoming version ;) Also, could you add a shutdown switch, when I go home I can just hit that shortcut and in the morning we are all clean when I boot up. I'd like to see two options in the wizard, clean and reboot, clean and shutdown. Without it asking anything, just...

I think it's pretty important as long as it is a seperate switch to reboot so when running from the command line you can make a shortcut to just clean and one to clean and reboot. Great little program!
I totally agree with Radioguy in his "streamline" post. Is there any way to run this thing from the command line with switches? I'd like a shortcut that will automatically run the wizard and reboot with one click.
